YES, it can still technically kill you, especially if you are immunocompromised, but it highly depends on a lot of factors. My ex who had and still has leukemia (she got it at age fucking 17), also got covid. She got over it in a few days. I myself have zero shots, and got covid last january. I got over it in a few days.
There's a very high likelyhood that if she has covid, she'll just spend some time in the hospital, and a hospital is more than well enough equipped to keep her alive. The only reason she'd die is if the hospital wanted to make her a statistic.
