I know a lot of you might be confused by this fact, but most of the time, the hololive girls managers are the ones that have them advertise for the other girls.
That's the whole point of having the hololive ecosystem.

Mori decided to leave that ecosystem and go out on her own as a way to protect herself from being terminated for violating cover corp contracts.
It was probably the best thing she could have done, but essentially, every interaction she has with hololive girls now has collab fees that UMG has to pay.

Also, didn't Mori sign UMG exclusively for music purposes to get better producer contacts, proper physical album releases and a shitload of lawyers behind her back (the legal team of UMG) in case anyone misuses her music? They are not managing her as a talent, it has nothing to do with hololive. It's not like VerseN from Sony.
Her contract details are not there in the open but what's clear is that Cover still owns Mori Calliope and UMG will own newly produced music from now on. This means if Mori gets erased like Rushia, her music will stay in UMG and if she has the standard writers/publishers license agreement in her contract, she will be able to use/play her music but not as Mori. There were similar cases with TVXQ/JYJ in Japan music industry which you should be aware of as they were one of the biggest acts there in the last decade.
