How do vtubers feel about their fans being mostly failed men? Adults with no romantic prospects falling in love parasocially and spending their disposable income on girls they will never meet are literally the target audience of this whole industry.

You pick a girl with a nice personality and some ammount of talent that separates her from the rest of the vtubers, and put her in front of an audience of the least valuable men in the world.

Don't they end up hating their fans? A relatively skilled and talented girl performing for a bunch of autistic and asocial 2/10s while acting nice for their money. Enduring all their bullshit and autism while sexualizing themselves for more money...

As far as I can tell they tend to have a lot of similarities to their audiences, especially if they've been around for a while. Also, their fans come from all walks of life, some of them being loaded and meeting nearly all the points for what society deems to be a successful person.

As someone who has been in the position of the /girl/, it doesn't really matter whether the fan acts autistic or is anti-social. If they feel energized, or if they feel like wanting to improve themselves, because they see us working hard for our own dreams - that makes us happy (at least, for me). That's what I've been told by them with my many interactions with them.

A different situation can be said if the girl's just really in it with the money though.
