The thing is to stream in a way that actually entertains you they have to be in at least a good enough mood to keep up the demeanor on stream that you want out of them.

If you want a Holo to just sit there not talking and playing a game silently then yeah it would be way easier for them to do it. They have to talk fucking nonstop pretty much however. When is the last time you talked nonstop for like 5 hours in a day? Not everyone can do it. To force them to is to just make more Moris eventually who will be unable to hide their disdain for streaming/chat etc.

The big difficult question to calculate then is, how do you find someone willing to talk and be "on" as an entertainer for hours and hours all the time. This I think above all else is why they value having experience in their recruits even if it's total 2view territory, they need proof that the person has kind of brain that does this repetitively without getting exhausted from it. You don't ever want someone to just give up mid-stream and be like "I.. dunno what to say anymore, I'm just done talking for now, thanks/sorry" and hence that's part of what makes for breaks. Of course, different people operate differently however - you have Koyoris out there and you have Ayames. If Cover knew the psychological/anatomical makeup of Koyori's brain, I'm sure they'd scan every applicant for more people like her, but they don't and can't.

Burnt-out Koyori streaming like 1/10th as much as she used to would still outdo fucking Sana because it'd be 1/10th of like 30 streams a week.
