What the success? Every single person is searching for the same thing, but in different ways.
Most women are fated to always live in fear and surrounded by drama, expecting someone else to handle them what we all want. They search for it in others. Only men have the courage to find true happiness and go search for purpose in themselves. When men are too weak or coward, they long to being a woman so they can feel safe and have things given to them by others. Transitioning doesn't necessarily give them that, so they kill themselves.
This is the whole reason men are more successful, why men are the ones building empires, becoming philosophers and being worshipped as saints/Gods when they find it, or we believe they did.

Hololive gets 1000s of applicants but only 5 are ever picked. Nijisanji gets a ton of applicants too too. Very few indies make more than burger flippers.
