Holoen members don't even stream and take breaks for 1/4 of the year. Their management is all betamales who will let them get away with anything. I don't see their members ever giving up their golden goose. They've all coasted for a year and a half off being the first company with money to start entubing.

Nijisanji has graduations every month, so it's only natural for NijiEN to graduate frequently as well. They'll get replaced soon anyways. Meanwhile Hololive has had 2 graduations in total, not counting members who left immediately or Holostars. Hololive seems to be more content with letting members take breaks, where as in Nijisanji you either stream or quit.

While holoEN seems to be taking breaks constantly, barely streaming and just sitting in twitter all day which is more of a reason for cover to can most of them, I feel like nijiEN is less stable, they do state that they feel like a full big family, but mentally they seem to be barely holding on with their more personal tweets going around. But who knows at this point.

Realistically none of them have any real reason or desire to graduate but Mori & Ina both seem to have greater creative and career aspirations, though I can see the easy, low effort cash of streaming putting the kibosh on those.
