There was a really popular NND video game content creator group who now moved to Youtube named 幕末志士 (bakumatsu shishi?), where they tend to do a lot of edited funny gameplay videos, and then do livestreams where they talk about their lives and shot the shit. That's kind of the example of what I think of nip internet culture, that it demands them to put 80% into the game, while casual stuff has almost no business being in there. Yes the cuphead endurance is a decent example, and what I want is for it to be a bit more common, not a completely random and wholly rare event. It wouldn't even have been like that if Astel hadn't on a whim decided to hang out in VC the whole time.
Also not endurance, that shit is SUPER hard for viewers to actually consume. Regular, 2 or 3 hour streams where someone plays a game and the other person offers playful banter and insightful discussion about the game with the other person.
