Yeah most good clipping channels died quite a while ago. If you look into it a lot of them either lost interest or returned to their normal lives now that the coof is mostly over.
For newer channels I'd recommend sorting by upload date in youtube for your chuuba and see if there's a dedicated channel translating. There are some smaller ones dishing out some stuff here and there but only a few of them really take off.
