Her initial surge of popularity was based off of her being one of the few options for EN speakers. Now that there's waaaaaaay more vtubers for EOPs it's only natural that Pika loses out on that market. The Twitch react streamer stuff is likely just a symptom of her streaming for so long that she's just looking for easier things to do. If HoloEN started doing more react streams on twitch you'd see this board start to unironically love them.
