- better hiring process that should involve eagerness, gratefulness, and knowledge of the industry/company/other talents
- minimum streaming amount dictated and enforced via contract
- schedules should be quasi set-in stone, deviations rare and only in emergencies
- offer better technical and personal assistance to help the girls adhere to the raised demands
- new hires should be given a starting budget, to buy equipment before their debut (new mic, pc, ect.)
- invest in subtitles for JP/ID only streams
- offer paid English lessons to JP/ID chubas who want to expand their market
- also offer assistance with dance/singing lessons (dunno if cover has done this already desu or if the chuubas pay out of poket for it)
- bi-yearly in person meeting of all talents to encourage unity
