Mori does have lots of reasons to leave, she's also one of the safest financially because of her career on the other channel.

She may of been fairly small before hololvie, but she was an insane networker and would of probally inclined to a reasonable amount of fame on her own just because of that. Probably one of the big reasons she was even brought on was because of the people she knew. The biggest gain she had from hololive was the automatic notoriety you get since Cover doesn't seem to pay for shit that goes on the talent's own channels and all personal projects come out of their own pocket even though cover still takes their 50% cut. I've even heard rumors that they gotta pay for time in Cover's mo-cap room.
