Ina's acting was bad, but she might have done better if given the chance to speak normally. Instead she had to force the dialogue timing to match the already created animation which was based on some Japanese speaker and felt very unnatural.

They have enough water themed members now that you can replace Ina and Gura with Chloe and Kobo and actually have a fun group now.
