I often forget they're even from the same gen. In my head Luna is from Gen2, Towa from Gamers, and Watame and Kanata are their own thing.
I like them individually but as a gen they're a failure, 0 sense of unity.

Pretty weak overall. No unity or cohesion as a group. Individually or with other groups they work fine I guess, but they don't work as a group. As far as individuals and my own tastes, personally I'm only fond of Towa, and to a lesser extent Watame.

The early days of PPTrio were cool, though it faded into KanaCoco because they were roommates. Each pairing is also pretty fun (except Luna/Watame, which I don't think I've seen much of). I feel like following Sankisei made a natural but unrealistic comparison of intra-gen interaction.
Individually I think they all have their charms, have happy fans, and I'm happy for their successes.
