Then Mio would drop to say 1600 and you'd be able to buy her at 1600 for the entire cycle. After that it'd go back to normal where you pay depending on queue position, because usually half an hour after reset things settle down.

As someone who's in the top 5, I suppose we did buy in fairly cheap, but I'd say the sharp drop in price is still unprecedented.
I think perhaps it's due to the fact that people can buy the same coins we buy in similar amounts now that a bunch of money has been introduced from dividends.
