I passed only the first round of niji en and here is the limited stuff I know.

1. The models were still in production as of mid-January.
2. Their estimated debut was April-May based on the schedule outline I was sent.
3. Seeing everything, she is most likely NijiEN rather than holo timeline wise. Tsunderia was crap sure, but I do think part of why she left was due to her applying to niji and getting accepted. She saw Tsunderia doing shit and bolted. She continued streaming on her vtuber account for money and baam leaving right before niji debut.
