There seem to be a lot of interbranch/intergen collabs going on the past couple months for some reason. Gurame and Pekomiko get the most attention, but a lot of the traditional pairings are going through long droughts. Takamori is the only big intragen pairing I can think of that's been active recently.

The holo managers probably spend 30% of their day putting out fires and finding a way to make peace between the girls. Anyone who has ever managed (or been on) a team with a large number of females realize how differently they are from men. Most of the fighting occurs between senior females and girls who are new to the team, cause females tend to get territorial. It is much less likely that gen 1 members would fight, but it is more likely that gen 1 and 2, or gen 2 and 3 would fight. My personal belief is that males are better at cooperating because in hunter-gather societies males had to work together to be successful on the hunt, whereas females would wait at home and spend their day gossiping and engaging in drama or social engineering. That Ollie girl for instance is trying to be popular with every girl so she engages in small talk with everyone but she was called out by Coco and Kiara for doing that.
