Nope. All 5kisei generals were separate until ShishiLamy merged recently.

No. There only exists 3 threads, /shishilamy/ (which I am not sure if it was a merge or not), /pol/ka and /nene/. There has been some experiments to merge /nepolabo/ (and even some talks to merge /pol/ka and /nene/) but these ultimately failed.
There is a gentleman's agreement to bump each other's thread in times of need, though, so there is some gokisei comradery even if there is no united thread.

There are many answers to this question, but I'll probably pick 2:
"Defining" as in "uniqueness", trait: she's very otaku. She know a lot of obscure and interesting stuff, likes to know more about the stuff she's interested in which is pretty nice and even relatable. Basically a nerd, but a lot of holos are also otaku in some regards, which is why there's the next answer.
"Defining" as in "differentiate": compared to other holos, she loves Hololive a ton. Watches a lot of streams, supports a lot of talents, etc. She could easily become the true Hololive idol (like some sort of poster girl) at some point in time, but that most likely depends on a lot of factors which are outside of her reach.
