I believe Gura fell on the sword for Ame, and purposefully ditched any variations and accessories so Ame could have some time in the spotlight. She new Ame would be up last and she didn't want the crowd to be underwhelmed after an amazing Gura costume. She cares for her friends more than anyone on this board will ever realize.

Kiara and Mori I liked right away and still like. I wasn’t that enthused by Ina’s outfit at first but it’s grown on me a lot. It really suits her for drawing streams.
