I think it's because they have the "it's just roleplay/acting" excuse unlike normal chuubas, and developing a parasocial relationship with what is essentially a VA is a lot more of a stretch than with a streamer

this is why ASMR roleplay is the only GFE-type content I dabble in, and I make a special effort never to look into the ASMRtist's social media, because finding out about a relationship breaks the immersion. If I somehow find out then I just move on to another one. So overall I can get the GFE fix without the potential cons of an overly parasocial relationship. Sure you lose out on the dynamic interaction, but you still get the same flattering words you're probably looking for anyway
