Only the first clip is talking about things being out of context, and I'm pretty sure she's talking about an overseas clip that Flare likely thinks is misleading (even though it's not for anyone who isn't autistic). This is likely a result of the fact that Japanese is a much more context-reliant language that English.

The second is talking about comments in clips (likely doxfags hinting at information they shouldn't - since many see clipper comments as free territory to spread that shit)

The third is talking about people who reupload songs as endurance loops which obvious removes views from the original song.

The fourth I didn't watch because Nyanners opinion on anything in the world is entirely meaningless.

Meme clips require no context and it's why hololive took off.
Translators are still important and are mostly good. The feeling of presence is yabai translators really aren't as prevalent as they used to be.
Clickbait is pure cancer and are always misleading, about inappropriate things that shouldn't be taken out of context or just construct entire false narratives for views.
