You're reaching levels of cope that shouldn't even be possible. He did something so bad that Cover's JP management felt the need to step in and and hit him with the first public suspension in the EN branch's entire 2 year history. Personally I feel theres a few plausible theories on this.

First is drugs. Drug use is on the up massively in the USA but Japan is still very much opposed to them. Vesper may have mentioned this thus causing a Japanese manager to sperg out.
Second is culture clash. Jap corp culture is retarded with absurd demands placed on staff based around notions of superiority and seniority. But this generally doesn't gel well with anyone from the anglosphere. Easier to make it work with women as they're generally inclined to adapt to whatever social environment you put them in. But males? Especially older ones? They're not going to adapt to it. This could have rubbed some Japanese business school graduate the wrong way causing him to go "ah well I have power over you so I shall use it haha baka gaijin round eye"
Third is Vesper did something that pissed off one of the girls.

>> No.37536553

>>37535942
Honestly I feel like the culture clash is something Cover is going to have to contend with sooner or later, especially if they end up bringing in more and more American talent where streaming culture is effectively set in stone

That would be a weird position for a Japanese company given their country has stricter laws against it and has bigger social stigma to people using any type of recreational drugs unlike America where some of their employees are working from. This is now my favorite rrat.
