Some languages could work I feel. Spanish would get mass appeal thanks to LATAM, and French is the language of the weebest country on Earth. Sure they probably wouldn't get HoloEN or holoJP's massive success, but they could be ID level at least I feel.
I think it would be better if each language got their own branch though, rather than stuffing them into some HoloEU branch where they would just have to speak English anyway and become discount HoloEN.

If they don't speak english as a side language, they would effectively be isolated on their own, so there's no point making an entirely new branch for each language, only to have to release new chuubas for it to keep it fresh. Better to hire ESLs, fold them into EN, and just let them do most of their content in their preferred language outside of collabs.

Sure, you could make the argument that the euro timezone itself is a debuff (too early for NA, to late for JP/SEA), but if you debuted euro girls that had less of Kiara's turnoff qualities and were willing to permanently prioritize NA for their streaming time, they would work better and could probably do as good as the other HoloENs.

But yeah, Cover will probably just continue to ignore EU in general and just get more US girls, with a side dish of Leafgooks and Ozchinks, as they have no indication to believe that "no, we MUST include EU girls for [reasons]!", because what would those reasons even be? There is no evidence to believe that "well, because EU vtubers would be more popular for the EU audience", which is wrong as Kiara is EU and she's far from the most popular HoloEN for the EU audience - people don't like you simply "just" because you are from the same area as them, you have to actually provide intrinsic entertainment value independent from your locality. And yeah, Cover can probably see the internal numbers (audience geographics, SC currencies, etc.) better than anyone here and decide that EU is simply not a very interesting market to prioritize.

The whole point of EU holos would be to have more than 1 single fucking member stream at our prime time.
I can't watch 80% of EN streams because they're in the middle of the night.
Only Kiara streams at EU prime time. Sometimes Bae or IRyS stream during JP prime time which I can watch when I work from home or have a day off.

Also people like watching people with whom they share some cultural context. A French, Italian, German, Swedish, Hungarian etc. girl would be 10 times more interesting than yet another NA.
