the hat looks really flat in terms of shading, and the ears kinda just being stuck behind it doesn't help that either. it's a generally difficult thing to deal with but ideally you'd want to put in some design work and make a version of the hat where the ears stick out of specific holes to better convery depth. that or just have the ears bent downwards under the hat, possible with a bigger hat size

the gun just looks bad, i wouldn't bother with it since gun drawing isn't really a highly valued skill anyways but i'd suggest looking into using 3d models that you can use for a reference (or even for tracing, most people won't blame you for that)
there's still a very decent level of skill displayed here. the walls, gunmetal, wood, cloth, and skin all react to the light somewhat realistically, which really helps the sense of texture in the art. of note is the neat grainy texturing on the walls. koragi's face and hair are drawn pretty well here too, and the eyes especially nail the anime look
