Is she in America right now? I don't know if it's the same in Japan, but in the US she'd need to talk to her doctor because you have to get a doctor to write an entirely new prescription for every bottle because it's a controlled substance. There are no regular refills.

But, assuming that's what she's referring to, even if her doctor wasn't on vacation, there's currently an Adderall shortage. I don't know how many countries its affecting. It's possible she'll get the prescription but still won't be able to have it filled. This has been a gigantic pain in both my ass and productivity over the last month.

I think the relationship is co-dependent. Gura barely needs to do her job (streaming) to live easy and she works within the rules enough and the company makes too much money to justify cutting her loose, and it's one thing to nuke Coco and Rushia, it's another to nuke the literal face of EN vTubing.
