I'm a teamate and I agree with the saying that "Nice guys always finish last". I have to admit, seeing Ame assist everyone was nice at first. It was lovely at the start because everyone was still finding their feet. But the moment I noticed that the same sentiments are never really returned (not anybodies fault, as others have mentioned a vtubing corporation isn't the industry for that) it started to sour me. I won't pretend Ame is some selfless angel who can do no wrong, but there is a side of her which is over generous in helping out other members, not for clout but because she feels obliged to out of naivety. And I say naivety because ultimately it's a waste of her time.

Nobody remembers the people working behind the stage for a reason, because they're not the star of the show. You could make the best set, costumes, and special effects in the world but unless they're bigger and better than the performers themselves it's pointless. The point of the performer is to draw in the audience so whether or not it looks like shit doesn't matter because they can sell you the performance and all the props and extra shit just enhances the experience.
