It's in response to the Gwelu drama which has grown a lot bigger. Nijifans literally mass reported Fubuki earlier this year when she played Sekiro and did superchat streams afterwards. Mass reporting is what they do when they're angry. And this is only happening to Holos.
Denial of this magnitude is pretty crazy.

Sang a Pekora anti song. So far he has continuously deflected and blamed the guy who made the anti song saying he thought the anti had permission from Cover and Pekora to make the song.
His video singing the song was deleted, a sponsored stream was cancelled (Fuwa said he was the reason for it being cancelled due to not feeling well which turned out to be a lie) and Gwelu's 3D stream was cancelled too. So he definitely did not have any kind of permission to sing that song.
NijiJP fans have been going ham on Twitter defending him, saying things such as but not limited to

>Gwelu shouldn't have to ask Cover or Pekora since they aren't the ones who wrote the song
etc. It wasn't long after this got bigger that Pekora got shadowbanned on Twitter, then Lamy, and now Aqua. That's why some think it's a targeted mass reporting campaign by NijiJP fans. They have a history doing this kind of thing.
The funny part isn't that though but the fact that he did this not long after Anycolor and Cover shook hands and vowed to deal with slander and harassment towards their talents together, then Gwelu went and basically anti'd Pekora. It's just not a good look overall.
