Sometimes I think it's down to the influence of peers and the fan expectations. Look at NijiEN, the most successful girls Pomu, Selen, Elira are all at the top. I don't really feel like thats true for most of HoloEN, besides a few specific members like Mori and Irys or whatever that have a whole lot of music stuff but the NijiEN girls at the top are some of the ones that do the most outside of streams to begin with. Elira and Pomu have attended cons and even had concerts at some of them, they have been in Japan for at least a month this year working on off stream stuff. Elira went to Japan for NijiFes too for her appearance in that. She also shows up as a host in a bunch of official stuff that isn't streams on her channel. Pomu does a bunch of projects that require off stream work. They both work on music stuff. They both do a quite a lot of sponsorship work usually 1 or 2 shill streams a month that usually require multiple meeting before. They do voice packs on a near monthly basis. I really do struggle to see what it is that most of the HoloEN girls are doing off stream that would result in such a huge gap that the NijiEN girls aren't doing too.

This is only POSSIBLY true for Calli and IRyS, who have an entirely separate responsibility as music creators within the company. The problem there is that they're still 2nd and 3rd for streaming too.

Pomu streamed more hours than 4 HoloEN members in November, a month where she spent 80% of it in Japan and not streaming. Elira streamed more hours in October than ALL BUT ONE member (Axel) despite spending the first week in Japan for NijiFes.

LazuLight, Rosemi, Ethyria (sans Reimu), Luxiem and Noctyx all participated in at least one convention. LazuLight spent nearly a month on business in Japan with Elira spending over a month total in Japan for Niji work. Elira also recorded her segment for NJU, and god knows how many fucking voice packs they churned out last year.

HoloEN (and ID1) only had their 3D 'debut' and the jury is out on if half of them were even being piloted by the real people. Most of HoloEN's '3D' has been commissioned AMV work from Kanauru.

And it's fine to have enjoyed all of that content anon but there's no shot NijiEN have had less to do. If they're genuinely bogged down with out-of-stream work it can only be pointless pre-meeting meetings about next week's meetings.

I dunno some people I guess are just casual fans of vtubers and don't want to spend much time on it. So a couple of hours is probably more than enough for them. But I don't think many of those people should be here arguing in a thread like this of all places.
