So I’ve never gotten why /pcg/ always seethes when Fishman does some tard wrangling. It’s not an all-or-nothing in, this is a thing you have to find the right balance for. And that means getting it wrong sometimes.
So yes, the fact that he’s flexible with these things is a good sign. You can’t incline *just* doing the same things that Hololive and Nijisanji have proven work. But that means experimenting and getting it wrong sometimes.

Anon, you do know they put their MVs and PVs into youtube ads right? Phase connect put their Christmas MV in there recently around Christmas time and Idol seems to be shilling the Juna Unagi girl since that's mostly the clips used. You think they are doing fine but they are seeing a temp boost in views because of said youtube ads. I remember one paper bag girl vtuber who did that for her MVs and she got subs above 100k but the views on her actual VODs were terrible that she eventually quit. Maybe for a company it will do better but such tactics aren't sustainable in the long run.
