"Koopa" is a character and she's sort of admitted she puts on something of a front when streaming so she can be more sociable and entertaining. Insofar as it's not a person sitting in front of a computer saying and doing whatever they would whether or not they were streaming, she isn't completely "genuine". She also usually tries to hide her power level, but completely fails in nearly every stream.

Relative to other chuubas, tho, I'd say she's very genuine and connects with her audience well..
