There are over 7k likes on her latest membership post, which means at least 35k per month just on that alone...though we know there are much more members than that. Like already said, her karaoke streams are the most clipped and viewed. Many over a million views each. While those don't make her money, it increases her exposure. Just as her many clips of her. Many don't realize how big of a deal seeing her advertisement on JP trains were. She was featured among the icons of Japan. In the US, it would be like with Tom Brady and Clint Eastwood. If Gura had an agent, we'd be commending her. Gura has been working on behind the scene projects but takes months before seeing them. You can prefer Justin Bieber but in no world is he better than Justin Derulo at singing, but he is a better performer overall because of his social media presence and stage presence and he caters to his target audience. Gura can be said to be a good performer, but in no way is she superior at singing, and every metric proves this, if you had even an ounce of honesty and musical background

Yes, there is such a thing as proficiency and complexity and ways to analyze music as good or bad. But the weighting of these factors is subjective again. If there was one definitive set of objective metrics to weight in one definitive ratio, all of human musical tradition would evolve to one single kind of music. Consider that different scales are used in western and eastern music traditions. Consider how novel sound mixing is in the history of making music. And consider that different musicians have different influences, making them products of their time and their environment. Whatever criteria you come up with, it will be deprecated in 50 years or less.
And lastly, in analogy to these objective metrics, you can't say Bob Ross was fundamental in teaching anatomically correct drawing, and many hours are usually spent by most fanartists just to learn getting perspective right. Some of them decent enough at it and probably even better than Bob Ross.
