There's only one reason to do that - you have a LOT of system RAM, and your models are stored on mechanical hard drives. Seriously, don't enable that if you have less than 32 GB system RAM lol.
Anyways, your VAE still looks off. Find the checkbox right underneath the SD VAE selection: "Ignore selected VAE for stable diffusion checkpoints that have their own .vae.pt next to them". Make sure that shit is off. And do not use Auto, manually select your VAE...
You should see "Loading weights" blah blah with the VAE filename in the console. If you don't, the VAE still off mate. Also AOM2 does alright with the SD 1.5 MSA VAE, try it.

do note that VAE's can also come in .safetensors, those still go in the VAE folder. but it's kinda pointless to use safetensors for VAE - the major 5 that everyone uses were made by NovelAI, Stable Diffusion, and Waifu Diffusion devs. they're not going to pickle you. afaik there are no "user made" vaes anyways.

and then it was pruned using the prune.py that got passed around a week or two ago. it's the only one I have both before/after for stored locally at the moment. this is what shows with FP32 highlighted. it defaults to wanting to reduce it to FP16.

I tried it, with and without the hands addition, on a few other models and it seems to have done a little better there. It's still not perfect though and it has a tendency to give her weird long fingers. That might just be because I tried to pick images with 5 distinct fingers as training data and those often have long fingers too.

Either way it's hard to really use the lora because by the time you get to a late enough epoch to actually recognize her character features, her outfit is baked in very hard

What settings are you using?
I tried with roughly 17-19 pictures, 1e-4 train speed, 5e-5 txt encode speed, 192 network dim, 6 epoch.

12 repeat for the imges, then tried 24 repeat the second one. The 12 repeat was good enough for recognizing the character features especially if you just add in some prompt about her general shape. 24 repeat gets her character much clearer, but tends to change the artstyle.

Tried to mix HoloAbyss7th-R34SF1.1V3.1[7ab6a878cd] in rentry but I end up with different hash, not sure what I did wrong

You can try using a slower training speed so you don't overcook it. Roughly around 5e-5 or 7.5e-5. But you'll have to increase the repeats to compensate.

15 repeats, 17 pictures, same train speed, 128 dim, 5 epochs. My first try I did 6 but the last epoch was unusable so later attempts I stopped at 5.

Might try slower training speed tomorrow. It's also maybe not quite as bad as I first thought since with luck you can still get good pics I just wish it was a bit more consistent
