Because you don't get into Holo past 2018 if you aren't already a 3 or 4view.
Phase or IdolEN are pretty much the only sane alternatives because auditioning for Niji is utterly demented and Prism doesn't pay on time. I guess you could do Kawaii but I couldn't ever.
