You could make it a slow derailment.
Start with a topic that is tangential to ryona. Such as horror or medical.
With each point you describe, the topic gets closer and closer to ryona/guro.
That way this topic did not come out of the blue.
In the audience's eyes, they believed you went on a tangent talking about horror into getting yourself ryona'd. But from your perspective you were getting them used to the topic before hitting them with the revelation.

Honestly, if your core audience has that image it probably isn't worth the risk of damaging that. It doesn't matter how you get the fanart done, if you're seen to approve it (or acknowledge it without a strong condemnation) then that image goes bye-bye.
If you just want the artwork, that's what skeb is for. Keep it out of the public sphere.

true, but if you are in a place where random chuubas are mentioned regardless it is a bit less suspicious. if they really want no connection back to them at all, it's going to be difficult regardless. maybe they should anonymously ryonapost in their own communities, looking for others who are also interested before eventually bringing the subject of art commissions into it. this ultimately depends on how many of them already like the subject, and how they take to the idea of it, but if the chuuba themselves is the ryonaposter, they can throw themselves as subtle of a bone as they want, and they can pretend to just find some schizo connection to their interest instead of having it be something intentional, that way there would be no real connection back to the original chuuba. once the idea of wanting a ryona commission of a chuuba becomes common enough in the community, it wont seem as out of place for them to ask about that.

they sometimes get less attentive if they don't notice us posting threads for a while, but we start getting slow when we aren't active, which is why i generally suggest having a stealth thread whenever our threads get deleted, and switching to named threads whenever our stealth threads are able to reach bump limit. that way we can maintain organization and energy while staying under the radar, and when we know we have enough posters to survive, we start focusing on named threads to grow our base overall. the second great option being cannibalizing bait threads.

who said anything about leaving? narrative control gives you some ability to regulate schizo activity from the inside without needing to acknowledge it publicly. regardless, you know your community better than us, and it's probably for the best that you not say who you are, but don't discount your ability to create your own opening if you want. you just need to do something that only you realize has any intentional connection to it, and then elaborate on it anonymously. how organic it appears will depend on how vulnerable you let yourself be in the beginning, and how long it takes to build up. the longer period of time it is spread out over, the less out of place it will appear.
also consider working off of any existing sentiments. is your community just as seiso as you? if not, that's something to make use of. another factor is what is considered schizo. merely posting about non-seiso things isn't necessarily schizo, but if you want to avoid encouraging that part of your community, then ya, doing things yourself is definitely best. regardless, good luck on whatever you are going for. i'm just trying to think of strategies that might actually work, so sorry if some of these suggestions cross the line of what you're willing to do. desu, i am usually pretty open, if a bit cryptic, about this sort of thing irl, so i wouldn't necessarily know what the best way to do things are, but hopefully the suggestions might give you a few ideas that you are ok with if they are anything you are interested in trying.
