Mate, I'll start prefacing that I would 100% be OK with the Holo girls doing what you just put as RIM examples, even a slideshow with the lyrics as long as they could freely sing these songs.

With that said, based on the info about the licensing in the bottom of both videos and the fact neither cover seems to be published in the paid for sites (Spotify, Apple Music) it looks like they simply did not get a sync license for the cover and simply forfeit the monetization
