I like it. My input is that most of the actual organization of this is off twitch though. So what you can do is have a (discord perhaps?) website that has a professional song writer who can write songs for viewers based on their likes, and then the vtuber learns those songs. That way there's less worry about DMCA. There's a band that is able to make generic easy listening cafe style acustic music so the singing is not Acapella.
The vtubers then offer to sell cassette tapes of the live kareoke performance to anyone within mailing distance. The cassette tapes will be affordable to purchase and distribute compared to CD and also they will have the cafe Lofi vibe.
Each audio cassette is signed by the vtuber so it has the possibility of increasing in value as collectors memoribillia.
Twitch has limited text space and it's live so there's little you could do on twitch beyond perform live. Most of the logistics and planning would need to be IRL or in a space like discord.
