I am NOT a vshojo hater, I watch a lot of the cringe ah ah twitch vtubers and this stream was a fucking NIGHTMARE.

I don't know who thought they could, with ZERO planning, host THAT many people, and then play a game without ANY organization at all- particularly letting the fucking host being a toaster with a voicebox. As much as people sperged on Haruka for trying to take control of the stream midway through, she literally saved the stream by doing so because it was basically 15 chlildren all talking over eachother and whining up until that point. The stream had some funny moments but what a fucking shitshow. The host should have arrived 1-2 hours early and told EVERYONE to be there at LEAST an hour before so resolve any issues that might come up.

Pekomoona's collab on that keep talking or bomb explodes game was so awkward you felt sorry for Moona clearly feeling guilty for not knowing how to respond to Pekora thanks to the language barrier while Peko keeps trying to get it to work. Fortunately their other non-text interactions like Warden hunt and Lui's telephone game have turned out fine, though the actual talking was minimal

Dude, we have perspective on this now. Mori knew about Coco's imminent graduation and had to fake it in order not to break on stream. You would be just as stiff if you finally got to be on your oshii's show and you knew it was about to be fucking canceled forever but couldn't let on that you knew. The two have had great chemistry on their subsequent alts.

Nyan and Kiara was hilarious because Kiara just walked all over her while she stayed meek as fuck, a complete contrast to her normal streaming self.
Could speculate that it's because she didn't want to fuck up after the who Vei thing prior that almost killed the VShojo collabe to begin with. I was laughing the whole stream.
It's even better because Kiara is my Oshi and a friend of mine is a Nyanners fan, so I got to shit talk him a bit after that.

Hololive is pretty insular, but so is NijiEN to a degree. They're allowed to kinda do whatever they want inside the company (for Niji at least), but it gives it a real different feel to the average streamer/group. Both of them streaming almost exclusively on youtube makes them even more cut off from the 'regular streamers' who are mostly on twitch and a lot of people come to those companies specifically for this.

Funny you mention this one since I was going to say the shion + marine offcollab where they were extremely late for stream, spent like 20 minutes apologizing, awkwardly played mario tennis for 20 minutes, and then just spent 20 minutes idling on the character select talking about random stuff even more awkwardly than their gaming. Really had this air of neither of them wanting to be there but feeling obligated to at least hit an hour after keeping so many people waiting so long.
Especially in contrast to the pokemon stadium stream they had the previous evening which was way more enthusiastic and energetic

It was before. The shipping arc wasn't like most other shipping arcs where it comes from the two involved actually streaming with each other and so on. It basically all spawned from a sleepover between the two of them where they were 4 hours late for the morning stream, things were extremely awkward, and there was some implications that some touchy-feely business had been going on. They basically didn't interact in public for like a year after that.
I'm not even sure it counts as a shipping arc it was more just like a single event that gave people excuse to draw lewd fanart

The most cringe parts aren't archived as far as I know. The nijisanji girls at one point had to leave the game because they played on a SpongeBob map full of copyrighted shit and tts troon and the rest kept playing while the rest just sat there staring at the gmod menu. I was browsing for a new chuuba on the twitch tags one night. And of course, as is often the case, I stumbled upon a troon. This particular one was in a Minecraft collab with a girl who sounded like she was like 15 max. I was about to back out, but then the girl just went fucking OFF on this troon. I mean, absolutely berating the dude. You know those kind of "friends" you see where one dick is just constantly calling the other things like retard unironically and putting them down? That's what was going on here. Calling them fucking stupid, saying "I dunno why I even agree to collab with you, but this is the last time." Stuff like that. The tranny was clearly super autistic (I mean this literally, not "kinda socially awkward"), you could tell by the way he talked. He was super quiet and mumbly and sniffing though, so you could tell even his feelings were hurt. Was honestly sad as fuck. I watched for a few minutes before just exiting the tab and moving on.
