And yes I fucking hate low quality SEA subs, always have and always will, I advocate for quality TLs. It’s a complicated issue, but part of how Hololive flourished was clipping, even the shittiest ones (and they’re STILL around… more come up…) we at least have the guidelines now thanks to cover.
What I’m getting at is that if you want more of something, you might have to accept that the quality control won’t be great. High standards are good but getting good translators making good clips is really rare
