It's normal to have a bad P/E ratio, period. This is standard in at least US stock market. Hell, even having a negative P/E ratio is normal.
..But for how long? Is there actually a reason to believe Nijisanji will become a lot more profitable in the future? Because to me it doesn't seem that likely. I believe they'll stay around, but I have no reason to believe their profits will increase substantially.
