Anyways, space faring luknights and land dwelling luknights and false luknights and buknights as well, the possible medicines and medical advancements of the Space Vitubia aka CVT40K implies the possibility that a Hime Vessel may be able to survive past her hundred years considering the expiration of a Hime Vessel is entirely due to the weakness of the physical vessel. I'd like the opinions of fellow pink women enjoyers and my sworn liege, Arcticnaito as to the possibility of a perpetual divine lineage of Hime Vessels on an intergalactic scale. Having multiple divine Hime Vessels makes a lot of sense in terms of the idea that a culture or fanbase can arise in several different worlds without an inherent connection to another pre-existing civilization and it would also keep a certain unquestioned order of hierarchy that isn't bothered by messy bureaucracy that allows luknights from different worlds to all answer to a similar authority.
I'd envision that the Himedom's method of inheritance could occur in several different ways, one is the idea of a reversed inheritance where the youngest Hime Vessel is considered the most holy and the current ruling Princess of the Candy Kingdom, counciled by her ojisanaitos and other Hime Vessels. There could also be a twist put on this to eliminate inheritance squabbling where the death of the current Hime Vessel means that the next Hime Vessel to be discovered is the ruler as she is considered to be "0 years old" and thus always the youngest.
Another idea is that the Hime Vessel born on the primary planet of the Candy Kingdom (or its moons), the Imperial Cradle if you would, is the Princess of the Candy Kingdom and all Hime Vessels must answer to her. This could also be a literal magical inheritance where Hime Vessels not born on the Candy Kingdom's chosen homeworld might have less of Hime's divine energy.
I've always liked my Himedom ultra monarchist and unquestioningly subservient to the crown, but that perspective is slightly different than what I've seen of other luknights which is why I steer away from the idea of letting luknights govern with authority that could rival the Hime Vessels own position though it's interesting as an idea. Thoughts if any?

Occasionally, maybe in times where great council is needed and on incredibly rare moon events or a royal pudding party or Monhun, contact wouldn't be especially different from how most space nations would communicate with each other unless you mean something magical. They're generally expected to be the Hime Surrogate for whatever region they rule over and due to the process of becoming a Hime Vessel, most Hime Vessels will understand each other enough so that they're given that trust to rule though the unflinching loyalty is a part of it.

Yeah, sorry, the "new player experience" is taking a backseat right now since everyone that already has accounts is still talking about balances for existing stuff, but I do have it on the todo. At the very least new players shouldn't start with 0 resources...
For now at least, if you work those resources, a few of the Quests that you get should only ask you to trade those resources which should let you claw your way up, then hopefully you can send Expeditions to new nodes.

Update for the Indie Continent Plan:
for the war, we have gotten a bit further as in the motivations for /wvt/ is that they actualyl try to flee their own lands that are filled with oppressive /here/ gods and that is what leads to them invading the continent on /vt/ while we try to add some flair to the JP natiosn so they are not jsut /774/ and /voms/ by including some historic bits like the kizuna ai idealogy, /narukami/, /wazaki ako/ etc.

For the event of the sundering, the strait of todays time would have been lowlands due to some old /jp/ era terraformign project to dry it out to make more land and the sundering event would not rip the continent apart to the effect of the today map but destroy the structures (natural and manmade) that were keeping the valley from being flooded. The released waters from big lakes and the ocean would then bring the strait's water level to the ocean's level, as it is today.

this is all still work in progress and changes can and most likely will still happen as we work this out and also hammer out more details
