Similar to Gura, I've suffered for years due to extreme fatigue and dizziness, and even on my worst days I never had problems working for a few hours or playing games for 4h+. I just can't think of a condition that would make you unable to stream for 1h+ after you've worked for 1-2 hours. It seems that she's reached a point in life where she's so rich that at any moment when she encounters a minor bump on the road, she can just say "ok, whatever" and do nothing. Worked for 1-2h today?
