I think it's more of a projection towards JP honestly. The EN voice she uses is hyper-exaggerated and there are a few times in streams where she's used a much more normal one. She also uses very simple english on stream, which might be useful for JP--it's either that, or the rrat that her english has degenerated, but considering how good her english has been in the past and her professionalism I would be much more likely to assume it's all catered towards the JP audience.
