Listen, Gura isn't my fav but I do want to say that it feels like she's the one who is working on her japanese the least. Both Ame and Cali sound like they're at least trying their best to learn japanese (which isn't an easy language by any means, not implying that it is) but to me at least it feels like Gura has given up and hasn't made much progress.

Can't say much for Ina as I haven't watched much of her but I've seen parts of the Pika collab and she seemed to have some good basics at least

In the scarlet nexus stream, Gura said she wanted to take a moment to read the signs but that she wouldn't cause she was streaming. She did read one out loud though. She also reads the messages in japanese superchats. Those could be machine translated, but the fact she didn't read one of them because she said she couldn't read kanji makes me think she is doing her reps.
