I imagine Coco has probably never interacted with anyone from upper management in person, and they’re where the problem seems to ultimately stem from. I just remember at all the job’s I worked at, the “manager’s manager” rarely ever made themselves familiar with the cogs that keep the company going despite making the big decisions on how they should ultimately do things.
