Enna I think the point of the superchat was to praise you for motivating them to draw again. I don't think this preaching was the desired outcome kek.

I used to do wiring job, and we operate in a "reach objective for the day" kind of deal, aka we need to finish setting up x amount of lights and x amounts of power outlets everyday, and if we work slow, we could end up doing it until 1AM, but it pushes us to git gud at it. I lowkey kinda miss doing it, even though it was punishing to my body.

The talkshow highlight clips strategy is quite effective I got intrigued in a few series that I would never have bothered without the clips but yeah with how Nina explained that only the liver can access their channels and they are not allowed to get a third party it's probably not worth the time and effort.

to be honest, the editor could be tasked to prepare everything so she (or her manager/staff member) has to follow the instructions and copy paste everything as he prepared.

From what Nina said, she wanted to have 10-20 highlight clips for each episode of her morning with fox mom's talkshow uploaded within a short period of time. Her issue is that she finds uploading, titling and scheduling all those clips by herself not worth the trouble. There's probably a more optimal way to do it and to offload more work to someone else but it's not a priority for her now.
