If you are completely socially isolated it's quite easy. Have a stream going alongside whatever you're doing and bam you're clocking 14+ hours of watch time a day.

I watch mostly Ame, Ina, Nenechi and sometimes Watame and Miko, for the others i just hang around some minutes in their streams and watch clips from them

You just need to follow kino. Fuck having favorites, fuck brand loyalty. Become DD, and watch the streams that have something interesting going on, multithread drift to be aware of everything happening in the vtubing scene. This way you will always have something live to watch, no time for the past, only the present matters.
I used to be like this around the time /vt/ started, I eventually ended up loving some choobas more than the rest. I cycle around 10-ish favorites from different affiliations now

I'm always sleeping in the prime time, so I don't suffer a meltdown from all the vtubers I'm subscribed streaming at the same time.
For the rest use holodex or any multiwatcher, for management PocketTube is great and if you can don't burn yourself and watch vods or clips.
