I actually had a nasty toe like his and had to pull it off only to have it grow back, and my previous doctor also suggested pulling the entire thing off leaving me toenail-less. It's not that I'm unsympathetic, it's just that I don't think Magni hates his magmites. He's someone who seems to get easily stressed and puts a lot of work onto himself. With all the events happening these days, and many close to each other. It's more likely that he's become much too overwhelmed with his workload, and just shuts down easily. He just needs a good rest, or more so, after the relief of his stress (maybe anniversary?) I think he'll become a lot more cheerful and energetic. Right now it's like he's procrastinating at life and work because of it.
