Those are w*men, therefore I say it's jealousy. Enna was exploding in popularity and even became more successful than Selen and Pomu. However, this was at the end of last year, I think it turned around hard as of now. W*men could never be happy for their friends' success (in that case Enna for Pomu), but would feel resentful that they lost their relative success compared to her peers. All females are vicious, but Enna is on another level.

it is speculated that both were nepo hires of Elira, and Enna was the one that started stirring shit up within the branch, with Elira's silent agreement and Millie not having better friends.
Then Kyo came and joined that clique immediately, with the whole aloucucks saga.
All of the other members have a lot less speculative evidence about them not being or being in the clique, or no evidence at all.

There's no proof that it will be Selen, at least according to the leaks. That one anonymous post just said that after Nina, someone "big" is going to leave, and that turned out to be Mysta.
Its just as likely though that she leaves not long after getting her new outfit, a few other talents tend to do so. Plus she seems fed up with being part of the company, and coupled with the branch's low morale, its not hard to see her gone by early next year.

Selen isolates herself and grumbles about management a lot so my money's on her.

Not the poster you replied to, I used to watch Selen a lot before some other stuff happened so I haven't kept up recently.
I know that she and managment had a spat about the new outfit contest where she was wanting to pay the top 5 artist out of her own money and they really tried to stop her before they rescinded. And also how she wanted to have cash prizes for a EN Apex Tourney but that was shot down as well.
So I can see her being fed up with managment, especially when she's done so much stuff for the company like NijiExpress or having the VR Models done like Lolilen or the chibis. I don't know about recently though, anything major happened that I missed since the turn of the new year?

I haven't kept up much either once she became obsessed with APEX tournaments, but I think she's understandably just tapped out emotionally. There wasn't one big omega yab that happened recently save for talents leaving IIRC, it's probably just a ton of little problems that gradually stacked on top of each other until it became clear that things would never improve.
Plus, the branch's fanbase isn't the same small but comfy and forgiving one that it started out as. And I also think what management did with Zaion's termination scared the talents in a completely unintended way, to where some now think its better to leave early while they still have good will before management tars and feathers them on the way out.
