I'm new to watching and was wondering who's the best to get into? I really like Mori Calliope and her songs. She's so talented and possibly even funny (rare for a woman) and I was wondering if there were other good videos of her or her friends?

Lots of Vtubers are funny, anon. I don't think Mori is among the funniest chubas. I can't really recommend you anyone, I prefer Japanese chubas.
Maybe try Nyanners? 4chan hates her (old feud), but she's funny. I recommend watching her 1 million subscribers celebration on her Youtube channel, it was very funny.
