Rather than the confidence thing I feel like she's just unwilling to go beyond and try new things. It's actually a very common thing, she's been streaming on REALITY for years now, she has quite a lot of regular viewers, everything is familiar there. She also dislikes YouTube as a streaming platform for some reason, or so she says. I'm not normally one in favor of groom-cords, but she is very aware of her unofficial fan discord and while it's been a long time since I've popped in there since I gave up on trying to follow her on Reality, she had a couple of tech autist fans who'd be more then happy to help her with OBS issues. I don't mind her inconsistent streaming, as I said, since I understand that she's not able to do it full time like Hachi and that there have been some major events in the way. I just wish that when she did have the time to stream, it wasn't lost to the wind streaming to the 14 year olds on Reality instead of being monetized on Youtube so she can start to work towards having more resources to put into her career instead of gacha tickets in Reality. I do understand that if she starts singing on Youtube, she'd probably be doing unarchived stuff regularly or have to change her setlists to avoid copyright stuff, which is partly why Hachi is now very cautious about singing vocaloid and Jpop only, but YT unarchived stuff is a level of annoying that I can deal with and would be a good thing for her career.

I really do like her, but she makes it aggressively hard to engage with her content and I'm not hurting for vsingers who I enjoy to the point that I want to deal with it. It's also been a very long time that she's been talking about moving away from Reality and those plans never come to fruition, so I have no real hope for it to occur in the near future and so I'm stuck just being one of her 133 monthly listeners on Spotify even if I'm proud of her getting enough listeners that I no longer show up in list of towns she's popular in with my viewership of one.

It's not as though her Twitter DMs are closed, since back in the day I taught her about uBlock since she would always freak out about ads from backing tracks and I got tired of hearing her screaming. In some cases it's a mindset issue of not believing being able to do something, or feeling a form of fear of success and responsibility.

At first she will feel motivated by her new work and all the changes.
During this time she will have less energy for her singing activity.
However something will also change in her mind.
What she did before starting her work may also become her escape from it.
She may start to stream more often after work, because she may subconsciously realize what she really wanted to do.

Then suddenly she may realize that 5 years went by quickly without realizing it.
This may make her question her life and priorities.

My suggestion is to think about what you really want now, because you don't have as much time as you think.

I suppose a happy outcome for her would be a life similar to nayuta's who put everything she had into it, did everything she wanted and didn't ignore any parts of her life.

As for possible issues with waking up early and living on a fixed schedule, the answer is to make a personal choice.
If you fight the wake up alarm then that means that you don't want to start your day because it won't make you happy.
Acknowledge that emotion and don't ignore it.
Use it as fuel for a greater goal.
Never forget who you were and how it feels to be playful.
