Maybe, sometimes I'm lazy and I don't curate out the obviously faded ones. Also I sometimes switch back to my old one and I forget to change to my new ones, by the time I realize I've baked like a large set and I don't feel like doing it again.
Yeah I waiting for doggos too, but LoRA makers are having a harder time since real artist tend to draw them together and kinda tangled up so LoRA trainers need to separate them if they even can.

Yeah but I'm assuming people will be drawing them together a lot more then the other new girls.
Now I don't know anything about training LoRAs but the best images to train the AI are probably just the girl standing there looking cute or cool. But if artist are going to draw 2 girls they might be drawing them hugging, or crawling all over each other because... you know it's cuter. So a LoRA maker will probably need to photoshop one of them out and do it for a bunch images to make a training set to tell the AI "This girl is the pink doggo, she looks like this" and same for the the blue one.

I am the guy working on their LoRA, you should see their fan-art all of them are together lol, honestly generally wouldn't be a big deal but their design are too similar so if I leave it without edit you would have to include colors in the prompt which is honestly a waste of prompt tokens.

Hello Inanon, 240 images, that's a lot of shifting through looking for gems. I won't mind doing that can be relaxing, like looking for treasure, as long as you keep things organized. I think this is about as good as I can make them with my ability. Should hopefully be pretty flexible two current problems are sometimes pink/blue streaks will appear in the hair (I could only edit so much of their fan-art lol) and the coat burn-in which I tried to mitigate but still a bit of an issue. They do have trigger words but really only useful if you gen them together.

Found it, basically go to the LoRA tab, pick the "default LoRA multiplier" which is the just how much weight you want to put on the LoRA like how you would in a prompt and then merge to checkpoint. Should show up in the folder with all the models.

NTA but I think I see what they mean & agree with them - it's not really an animation in the sense of purposeful intentional motion to display any sort of action. It's more just like a single still image that can't decide on exactly what it's supposed to look like.
The tech to make animations is definitely neat but (and no offense meant here) if they mostly look like this I don't really see the point?

yeah its 16 frames limit, we are working on it but for now its just a limitation. Animatediff isn't even 2 weeks old at this moment. additionally, we are still waiting for the developers to give us the training code so we can finetune the motion model, but for now we are at their mercy.

But sure while the characters may not animate much, there is clearly animation going on. but Much like normal inference, we are at the mercy of the endless latent space, and generations of high res take about or minute or so. I can churn out a ton of low res quickly but I like the quality higher resolutions give us.

Yeah, I can only make it at 514x600 in animateDiff so details are kinda crap. I just take the gif it made and use gif2gif, I uncheck 'resize back to original dimensions' and upscale it, with the same prompt used. You can alter the prompt a bit like expressions but it might cause more flickering, playing with denoising might counter it.

Ah I see, so baking it in means it's always on, probably quite useful for artist LoRAs for fine tuning rather than bashing completely different models. I did do a little test on my Shiori baked one and the result is all girls end up as Shirori even without having her name in the prompt, so that kinda proves it.
I guess I'll need a model for each girl I want to bake in, that will take up a lot of space, might need to clean up.

I guess the difference then is that I barely count those as animation either. It's like some sort of vague image bobbing around sort of thing. I do think this bae one you replied to here is the best that I've seen so far if only because it depicts a clear distinct action (raising her leg up). I don't know how animatediff works at all or how advanced the tech is currently but why not try some more simple motions like that?
- arm at side -> arm raised (or vice versa)
- legs together -> legs apart / walking pose
- gradually opening eyes and/or mouth

I'm using the animateDiff client so it only knows what's in the model you give it. I don't think there is a LoRA folder for it or anything like that.
It's bare bones stuff right now, just the model you give it and 77 prompt tokens
I've tried adding LoRA during my upscaling with gif2gif but it will can add more flickering as you are deviating from the original prompt. Will need to experiment and compare.

quick question, I haven't made any AI shit in a month or two, have any new/better tools come out for doing stuff like having multiple character loras in an image yet? last time I messed with it you had to section the image into parts with a plugin and it was annoying to work with. is that still the way people do it?
